How long have you been CrossFitting and what got you started?
-I've been crossfitting for 5 years and I got started because my brother and dad had done a few crossfit classes and told me to give it a try
What is your favorite CrossFit WOD and/or movement?
-My favorite WOD is definitely Cindy, but my favorite movement is wallballs
-The hot bullshit that was the benchmark WOD for the paleo challenge
What are your top 3 CrossFit goals for the upcoming year?
-Going up a band in pullups, improving on double unders, and getting more pr's
What advice or tips would you give to a CrossFit newbie?
-Good form is more important than a heavy weight
