Honoring A Local Fallen Hero- SPC Christopher M. Duffy

Today we honor SPC Christopher M. Duffy (3Aug 1977- 4Jun2004) of Brick NJ. He was part of the 3rd Battalion, 112th Field Artillery out of Lawrenceville, NJ. We honor Duffy for the sacrifice he made to protect our freedom. It was a special day because it wasn't just CrossFit Andare that came out to honor Duffy but it was the support from local boxes near and far that made this event all that much more special. Word quickly spread of the event and before we knew it boxes from Arizona, California, Virgina, and even Rome, Italy joined us in honoring SPC Duffy and the ultimate sacrifice he made for our country. There will never be enough words to express our gratitude to those that serve and protect, but we will continue to honor them any way we can!
